Paradigm is currently hiring for the following positions:

FLOOR MANAGER: Paradigm is looking for a self-motivated, intelligent, trustworthy person to manage day-to-day aspects of store operation including supervising/directing part-time sales associates and working with customers.  Superior people skills and the ability to multi-task are required. Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and email and have the ability to learn our POS sytem. This is a fulltime, salaried position with benefits. Manager is expected to work weekends and holidays with two paid days off per week.

If you have an interest in fashion and experience in retail, this may be the job for you. We are a small team and we love what we do.  We are seeking the perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism to help manage the store on a daily basis.  We provide plenty of opportunity for development and growth as we look to expand to other locations in the coming years.
